1. Just because I can't remember her doesn't mean I don't grieve for her.

2. Grief doesn't have an expiration date.

3. Grief affects everybody but isn't one size fits all.

4. Grief doesn't define me but it does shape me.

5. Joy and grief can coexist - I don't have to choose one over the other.
